2. I felt like giving up during a week when many assignments for this class and another one I'm enrolled in began to pile up, as well as having an exam. I was pulled through by the fact that one week is one step closer to my future, one step closer to making my dreams a reality. I believe I have definitely developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months because I have done a lot of self reflection, and by learning about myself, I have been able to pull myself together and know what it takes to stay together like that.
3. Three tips I would offer next semester's student are to (1) really reflect on yourself and others on the assignments as it will help you inside and outside of the classroom, (2) journal because it puts your thoughts, aspirations, and ideas on paper in a concrete form to look at later, and (3) set goals for the class, yourself, this year, etc.

ReplyDeleteI like how you hinted at time management being a crucial part of passing this class with ease. All it really takes is for one to crunch their time right to be able to pass this class and complete all the assignments on time. This class is made for one to open their eyes to the life of an entrepreneur and learn how to handle ones' own time the most efficient and effective way. I also really liked your tip for people to mark out goals for themselves throughout the year to accomplish and then accompanied that with the picture saying "A goal without a plan is just a wish". This is really influential in raising the bar for oneself.
Hey McKenna! I think your reflection was really well put and I agree with a lot of what you said. I have not had a lot of classes with so many due dates, just ones with exams and a few assignments, so keeping up with 5-7 weekly assignments is really tough at first! I would definitely agree with you when you tell next semesters students to set goals for the class and journal because it will make it easier to pursue their entrepreneurship idea in the future.
